I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2003, and my journey in this dynamic industry has taken me from the bustling San Francisco Bay Area to my hometown of Sacramento. Over the years, I have navigated the highs and lows of the real estate market, gaining invaluable experience and insights along the way.

One of the most challenging periods in my career was the Great Recession of 2007, which lasted several years and dramatically impacted the housing market. During this time, I witnessed firsthand the struggles of homeowners and buyers as home prices plummeted and foreclosures soared¹. Despite these challenges, I remained committed to helping my clients find the best solutions for their needs.

Today, the real estate market presents new challenges, such as high interest rates and affordability issues. However, my extensive experience and deep understanding of market trends have enabled me to stay at the forefront of the industry.
